
Production of organic food using environmental and animal friendly farming methods
Our Animals
Animal welfare is maintained through a well balanced diet and homeopathy. In the event that conventional medicine/antibotics are used the 'withdrawal' period is at least doubled before the meat is sold for human consumption.
At present, our organic lamb is supplied to artisan restaurants, UK retail market and freezer packs for domestic customers. Our organic beef is supplied to local abbatoirs for the UK retail market.


Our Cereals
We maintain healthy seed beds and plants through crop rotation and natural manure application.
Our organic oats are supplied to local processors for the manufacture of organic porridge and cereal bars. We also retain a percentage of the harvest to supplement the animal feed through winter. The straw is used for animal bedding throughout winter and thereafter returned to the soil as a fertilizer in Spring.
